What’s planned, what to expect and where the limits are.
What exactly will I receive?
The planned products are prewritten, editable AI governance documents, not software or a consulting service. Each product page lists its planned contents and formats. Word (.docx) and PDF are planned, with a spreadsheet for the inventory register. Outlines may change before release; no product files are available yet.
Who are these documents for?
They are intended for governance, compliance, risk, privacy and technology teams establishing or improving AI oversight. Each outline identifies its intended audience. You will need to adapt the wording to your organisation, its AI activities and applicable laws.
Can I edit and rebrand the documents?
Yes. Editable formats are planned so you can add your organisation’s name, allocate responsibilities and tailor the text for internal use. The planned licence covers one organisation. Redistribution, resale and use across multiple client organisations are not included.
Are these templates legal advice?
No. They are not legal advice and do not replace qualified legal, regulatory or technical advice. They do not guarantee compliance, certification or a particular outcome. Your organisation remains responsible for reviewing, adapting, approving and maintaining its documents.
Which frameworks inform the documents?
Planned reference points include NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act. Each product page identifies its planned references. References are not certification, endorsement or a claim that every requirement is covered. Applicability depends on your role, location and AI use.
When will sales open, and how will payment work?
Sales are not yet open and no launch date has been set. When sales open, orders will be processed by a third-party reseller and merchant of record. Its identity and terms will be provided before payment. No payment is taken on this site today. Use “Get notified at launch” to open an email enquiry; there is no automatic mailing-list signup.
How will delivery and refunds work?
Digital download after purchase is planned once sales open. From launch, the intended policy is a refund or replacement for defective or undelivered files if requested within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the planned process. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by that policy.
Can consultants use a document for different clients?
The planned licence is for one organisation only. It does not include use across separate client organisations. Consultants should contact us before purchase to discuss their intended use; no multi-client licence is offered or promised at this stage.
Does this site use cookies or analytics?
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. There are no web forms. Cloudflare will process request data as the hosting provider on the released site. If you contact us by email, your enquiry is used only to reply. See the Privacy Notice for details.
