Sales are not yet open. No payment is accepted on this website today. The policy below is the intended approach from launch, not a statement that products are currently available.
Defective or undelivered files
From launch, we intend to offer a refund or replacement when a purchased file is defective or has not been delivered. Request help within 14 days of purchase, describing what happened so the issue can be assessed.
A template’s need for organisation-specific editing is not itself a file defect. Templates are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance or certification. Review the final product description and licence before purchase.
How to request help
Email omair5354@gmail.com with your order reference, the product name and a brief description of the delivery or file problem. Do not include card details or other payment credentials.
Once sales open, orders will be handled by a third-party reseller and merchant of record. Its support process and transaction terms will be provided before payment. We will help coordinate a file replacement or an eligible refund through that process.
Your statutory rights
This intended policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. Any applicable cancellation terms, including terms relating to immediate digital delivery, will be disclosed before payment. No waiver of statutory rights is requested by this pre-launch website.
